In order to protect the health and safety of each of our customers and employees, we meet all public safety standards issued by the public authorities of Mauritius; close monitoring of our employees and customers (symptoms similar to covid; cough, fever, breathing difficulties, etc.; they will not be able to enter the establishment), limitation of the number of workers and customers in the establishment, implementation of severe and sustained measures in terms of hygiene (dispenser of hydro-alcoholic solution throughout the establishment, continuous hand washing, more frequent housekeeping), payment by phone or by credit card, distancing social of 2m.
OUR ACTIONS
Anahita has implemented a series of actions to ensure business continuity and fight the pandemic. We work diligently to ensure that our teams have the right tools and information and thus reduce the risk of transmission. We all have a role to play in the fight against COVID-19. #FEELSAFE
All touchpoints in public areas and guest rooms will be cleaned continuously using a disinfectant sanitizing solution.
Hand sanitizers have been placed in all public spaces for guests and staff.
Restaurant occupancy will be limited and tables are placed keeping the recommended safe distance.
All staff wear IPE and will be fully prepared and informed about the measures and procedures that will keep them and our guests safe.
Grupo Premium staff will be tested for COVID19 before opening and temperature readings will be taken at the entrance to the hotel.

Since the situation is still developing, it is difficult to anticipate how things may yet become. we will continue monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation closely and we will apply updates to these measures attending to the recommended procedures and protocols by the World Health Organization, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and local authorities.
